‘Zombieking‘ is just me, Chris Zombieking (Hello!). I’m a freelance artist based in Liverpool, UK.

Shipping and Delivery
For our range of test-tube babies, shipping costs are as follows:
UK :£5. Delivery is usually within 2-3 working days
Europe : £10. Delivery is usually 5-10 working days
Rest of World : £10. Delivery is usually 5-10 working days
These shipping prices are a flat fee charged per order. So buying multiple items will not cost you any extra in delivery – you only pay the shipping charge once per order.
All items are sent tracked, and will require a signature upon delivery. We will email you the tracking details once your parcel is shipped.
Shipping costs and delivery times for canvas paintings are handled on an individual basis.
It is possible to collect items personally from the studio in Liverpool. This will avoid shipping fees, and we can have a cup of tea and a chat too. However, this MUST be arranged in advance, drop me a line here [link]
While we hope your purchase arrives with you promptly, there can be delays which are outside of our control – such as hold ups at customs. If there is a problem, please get in touch. [link]
Also, we are not responsible for any additional charges you may receive upon delivery – such as import duty.
Returns Policy
We will refund or exchange Zombieking products within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Please get in touch to let us know what the problem is, so we can resolve the situation satisfactorily.
Once goods are returned, we will issue a refund, exchange the item, or give you credit towards purchasing different products. However, as Zombieking products are created in limited quantities, it will not always be possible to replace the item if stock has run out.

Lastly
Sadly, not everything is yet within our control… Sometimes mishaps occur, products can be damaged during shipping, and deliveries can take longer to arrive than expected – so please be understanding if such misfortune occurs.
