All items are subject to stock availability. In the event that we are unable to supply the goods, we will inform you of this as soon as possible. A refund will be given on request if you have already paid for the goods.

All prices shown on our website are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Shipping and Delivery

While we hope your purchase arrives with you promptly, there can be delays which are outside of our control – such as hold ups at customs. If there is a problem, please get in touch. [link]

Also, we are not responsible for any additional charges you may receive upon delivery – such as import duty.

Returns Policy

We will refund or exchange any unused/unworn Zombieking products within 14 days of purchase if you are not satisfied. Please get in touch to let us know what the problem is, so we can resolve the situation satisfactorily.

Once goods are returned, we will issue a refund, exchange the item, or give you credit towards purchasing different products. However, as Zombieking products are created in limited quantities, it will not always be possible to replace the item if stock has run out.
